Sanjna Ayyar (she/her): Founder/CEO📍Dallas, Texas
Hi! My name is Sanjna, and I am the founder and head of Commit to Break the Stigma, and a passionate advocate for mental health. Seeing my family, friends, and community having to endure their mental health struggles in silence made me realize that the conversation of mental health is not nearly talked about enough, which is why I founded my organization in hopes that I can break the stigma of the topic of mental health and normalize it in our society. I am a teenager from Dallas, Texas, and in my free time, I play the piano, sing in choir, and volunteer in my community. I’m looking forward to working with my team to take on new endeavors to de-stigmatize mental health issues globally!
